It forms part of a small development of similar properties, built approximately 2001, in a quiet residential area, yet close enough to the heart of the town of Playa Blanca. Every amenity, including the beach is just minutes away.

The accommodation can sleep up to 6 people and comprises three bedrooms, one Masterbed room , one with twin beds and a downstairs a bedroom with bunk beds.

There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and a second bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and includes an oven, microwave, good sized fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The lounge/diner features a settee, 37 inch Sky TV, DVD, Video, Radio, Cd player, Unlimited Wi-Fi and dining table and chairs for six people. Outside there is a terrace and gardens with a solar heated pool and outside shower.

There are also sun loungers available as well as garden table and chairs.

Activities in the area include bars & Restaurants, scuba diving, camel rides, fishing and golf. Some of the best beaches in Lanzarote on the island nearby.
